E-Commerce is often touted as an easy solution and the future way of doing business. While it is true that more businesses are offering their products online, the perceived financial and reputation risks can be off-putting, particularly in the third sector. It can also be confusing to work out where to start.
In this introductory level course, we will consider the risks and benefits of selling online, and how it might suit your organisation and align with your purpose. By the end of the session, you should have a greater understanding of whether or not selling online is right for your organisation – and, if it is, how to get started. This course will be delivered ONLINE via Zoom.
