Being a Chief Executive is a unique opportunity to make a real difference to our communities, society and the future of our planet. Your leadership helps to inspire and galvanise people across your organisation and the wider sector to show up as their best selves to contribute to greater social and environmental impact.
However being a CEO can sometimes feel quite isolated and all-consuming. This programme offers important space and time for you to reflect and think on a strategic level. It provides the opportunity to learn from and with other Chief Executives to gain practical skills that you can apply in your role. Spread over five months, the programme offers a unique opportunity for the group supporting mechanisms for each other’s’ personal growth and development. It consists of 10 facilitated learning days delivered in five modules, using a mix of approaches including group-work, peer-coaching, action learning sets, guest speakers and self-reflection.
