We are inviting applications from social enterprise leaders and managers to join a FREE online, cohort-based programme to build awareness, confidence, knowledge, curiosity and peer support in Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) practice.
This programme of 4 x half day online workshops will take place over October and November 2025 providing a breadth and depth of EDI understanding that will allow participants to move EDI plans forward within their own organisations. Participants will be expected to attend all 4 online workshops.
Each workshop will include key study areas, self-reflection and interaction with expert and lived experience voices bringing a range of diverse experiences and perspectives.
The programme is being led by Lindsay Wake (she/ her), Head of Impact – and EDI lead – at Social Investment Scotland.
