Our ten-day reflective leadership programme is designed especially for third-sector senior managers and leaders. Participants will reflect on and develop a better understanding of themselves, how they are leading others and how they lead their organisation.
This programme helps participants explore what sort of leadership is required to support their organisation to thrive and remain sustainable. During the ten days, senior leaders will be supported to work together and prepare for opportunities and challenges that they and their organisation face now and in the future.
For you if:
- you are a leader with strategic and operational responsibilities
- you are a senior leader keen to understand how to lead your organisation in an enterprising way
