This webinar series is now over, but you can find recordings of the sessions below.
Just Enterprise is partnering with Growing Climate Confidence to deliver a series of five webinars to help social enterprises and Third Sector organisations on their journey to Net Zero.
We know that learning about climate change and net zero can be overwhelming, so join us online to gain the clarity you need to go forward with confidence!
Hosted by Adam Bastock, Founder of Small99, each webinar covers a different topic based on the Growing Climate Confidence Scorecard which we recommend all Third Sector organisations complete.
Adam will be joined each time by a subject expert and you will also have the chance to hear from a fellow Third Sector organisation about the steps they have taken and lessons learned. All webinars will of course be rounded off with a Q and A.
Each webinar will cover a different Net Zero topic:
- Engagement (Webinar recording available here)
- Travel (Webinar recording available here)
- Waste and Reuse (Webinar recording available here)
- Energy and Buildings (Webinar recording available here)
- Buying and Selling (Webinar recording available here)
We recommend that participants take the Growing Climate Confidence Scorecard prior to joining our webinars, however this is not essential.
Engaging your board and team – getting everyone aware, involved and accountable for taking better actions for our planet is one of the most important things we can do to drive change.
Webinar 1 – ‘Engaging with Net Zero as a Scottish Third Sector Organisation’ is specifically designed for social enterprises and Third Sector organisations in Scotland who want to learn more about increasing engagement for Net Zero initiatives.
Hear from an expert speaker from Business Energy Scotland about the practical and actionable first steps you can take, followed by a guest from SCVO (Scottish Council for Voluntary Organisations) who will share their experience of setting up a ‘Green Team’ within their organisation.
The session will end with what is sure to be a fascinating Q and A.
