This ten-day programme has been designed specifically for CEOs which can often be an isolated and all-consuming role. It offers important space and time to reflect and think on a strategic level, applying theoretical perspectives with support from peers.
Using group work, peer coaching and self-reflection, the programme, grounded on recent research into Third Sector leadership, will hone leadership skills in relation to the particular issues and challenges facing CEOs at the cutting edge of the sector. These include managing change, growth, being more enterprising and innovative, developing talent and working with partners and a variety of stakeholder expectations.
