It is an effective way of retaining and developing staff. Coaching can also enable delegation, reducing pressures on leaders and creating space for innovation. The programme focuses on developing key skills like; active listening, questioning, feedback, having productive conversations, and collaboration as well as cultivating a growth mindset.
